About

Sarah Sellar

Kia ora, I’m Sarah

I offer to you my experience, knowledge, skills, passion and support. I have worked as a small group facilitator and outdoor educationalist for over 15 years.  Deeply passionate about personal growth, I have sought to explore this within myself and facilitate transformational experiences for my students/clients.

I have been on a lifelong personal growth journey that has seen me explore and/or be trained in dance, cocao drinking ceremony, breath-work, movement and sound, tantra, neuro-linguistics programming and many more.

I’ve been a gypsy, an academic, a traveller, a home owner, single and committed, and now, a conscious empowerment coach and facilitator.

I promise to uphold a culturally safe and gender honouring space as best as I know how.  I am privileged and grateful to be working with you,

Aroha nui, x

“I have been to many circles with Sarah as co-leader.

The circles are a magical space that create

a quietness inside me.”

– Lenore Brady

“Sarah recognizes what resonates with the group

and is very sensitive, so attends to the

ever-changing dynamic frequency”

I’ve participated in Sarah’s circles over a few moons and can openly sing her praises as a facilitator. Sarah is calm and gentle while also having the skills to guide and direct a group into deep spiritual digging. Sarah brings her skills to the forefront in sounding release work especially. Sarah recognizes what resonates with the group and is very sensitive, so attends to the ever-changing dynamic frequency of the group. I value every moment I can spend with this wonderful being!

– Bree

“Sarah’s style of facilitation is inclusive,

calming and she welcomes

new and old faces warmly.”

She is positive and open to working with the ideas and experiences that come up in her sessions. I’ve always left feeling a little lighter than when I arrived and like I was part of something special. I’d highly recommend her as a facilitator.
